Anyway, despite how it came out, I still hope you enjoy!
Tomorrow's the last day of the challenge. I think I'll return back to Kaleidoscope basics and do my usual kind of kaleidoscope for the last day, that is, day 30. 'Til later fellow art lovers!

Day 29: Kaleidoscope Fact #29: Wand kaleidoscopes work in such a manner that the user doesn't have to do anything, as there is no wheel to turn and they kind of work like hour glasses as gravity does all of the work when creating shapes and designs within the kaleidoscope.

I like this one. ....such fun! Have a very nice Sunday.......
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Maggie! Have a great Sunday to you too! :)
DeleteYou made me laugh with the bad wallpaper comment. I really like this. It sort of reminds me of Mexican kitchen tiles. All the gorgeous patterns and colors mixed in together. A riot of color! That is what this piece is! Wonderful again!
ReplyDeleteAwwe! Thanks so much Sheila! Very kind of you!
DeleteOn the contrary, this piece is wonderful. At it proves to me that you most definitely have to pursue all of these beautiful kaleidoscope designs to incorporate them into fabric designs. This one really looks like a piece of fabric. In addition to Spoonflower, I wonder if there is a way to submit artwork directly at fabric manufacturers. Spoonflower has an awesome following, and I wouldn't be surprised if fabric manufacturers check out the site looking for designers!! Yeah, you just gotta get these on Spoonflower!! I'm just sayin' :o)
ReplyDeleteAnd I love Sheila's take on this piece as well. The Spanish tiles from what I have seen of them, are all very colorful and beautiful and very detailed.
Have a Wonderful Weekend!
Enjoy our last day of this fun challenge!!
Thanks so much Joan! :) It's really kind of you! You and Sheila really made me feel better about this piece. I also thank you so much for all your help with the suggestion concerning Spoonflower. I just ordered swatches a few days ago, (as it's required before you can sell) and hopefully I should be selling my own designs on Spoonflower and Etsy soon!
DeleteOh my gosh!!! I am SO very excited for you and I truly hope that your designs get noticed with as many people as possible! Keeping my fingers crossed for a huge success on this one!!! BIG SMILES!!!
DeleteThank you Joan! :)
